was started in 1999 by Micky Coughlin in Orangevale, California.
Micky Coughlin is a second generation pool builder, and many consider
him the best Vinyl Liner installer in the country. He personally
installs over 150 vinyl liners per year. Micky brings his years of hands
on knowledge about installing vinyl liners to this web site along with
knowledge of field-tested products. His advice on what pool products
work and the best way to install them are sought after by many in the
pool industry, and many national pool magazines have written articles
about his installation techniques on vinyl liners.
